Meet Jenny Chen
After 16 years in corporate finance, Jenny Chen transitioned from a top-ranking investment professional and Certified Financial Planner to senior leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at a global wealth management firm, and later Director of Business Enablement, overseeing talent and business strategy for a firm of over 6,000 professionals.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Catalais Consulting Ltd., Jenny advises organizations across finance, government, healthcare, and philanthropy on building systems that are inclusive, human-centric, and performance-driven.
